Return Period

 You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include the proof of purchase and a note explaining the reason for the return.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
