We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how returns and refunds work at Former Sports.

Returns

Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number.

Custom, Bulk, and Made-to-Order Items

Because many of our products are manufactured to order (including custom sizing, branding, and bulk/wholesale orders), custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, please contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
