Wetsuit, Doctor Coat & Beekeeping Suit Process
Wetsuits, doctor coats, beekeeping suits, and other specialty garments (like lederhosen) all go through the same careful process.
Step 1: Design Ideas
Reference an existing style you like, or ask us to create something fully original.
Step 2: Logo & Embroidery
Send your logo or clinic/event name, embroidered or printed onto the garment.
Step 3: Colors & Fabric
Pick your fabric and color combination using Pantone-matched swatches.
Step 4: Personalization
Tell us the name or text you’d like embroidered, and exactly where.
Step 5: Sizing & Quantity
Confirm sizing and how many units you need, single piece to bulk order.
Step 6: Confirm & Pay Invoice
Once your design is finalized, you’ll receive an invoice. Production begins the next business day after it’s paid in full.
Step 7: Production
Cutting, stitching (including integrated mesh veil assembly for beekeeping suits, or seam-sealing for wetsuits), and a full quality-assurance check.
Step 8: Delivery
Typical turnaround is around 16 business days (rush production available), shipped directly to your door.
