Step 1: Design Ideas
Reference an existing cut or style you like, or ask us to create something fully original for your academy or club.
Step 2: Logo & Patches
Send your logo, and let us know if you’d like embroidered patches, crests, or belt-rank detailing.
Step 3: Weave & Colors
Choose your fabric weight/weave and colorway for the suit and trim.
Step 4: Personalization
Tell us the academy/dojo name, student name, or rank detailing you’d like added.
Step 5: Sizing & Quantity
Confirm sizing — youth through adult — and how many units you need, single piece to full academy order.
Step 6: Confirm & Pay Invoice
Once your design is finalized, you’ll receive an invoice. Production begins the next business day after it’s paid in full.
Step 7: Production
Cutting, reinforced contrast stitching, and a full quality-assurance check before it ships.
Step 8: Delivery
Typical turnaround is around 16 business days (rush production available), shipped directly to your door.
