Step 1: Design Ideas
Share a design you like, something you found on social media or Google for inspiration, or ask us to create something fully original.
Step 2: Logo
Send your logo file, or let our design team create one — embroidered crest, chenille patch, or printed logo.
Step 3: Colors
Pick your color combination using Pantone-matched swatches, so it comes out consistent no matter which run it’s from.
Step 4: Personalization
Tell us the name, numbers, or patches you’d like added, and exactly how you’d like them placed.
Step 5: Sizing & Quantity
Confirm sizing (youth through adult) and how many units you need — single piece to full team order.
Step 6: Confirm & Pay Invoice
Once your design is finalized, you’ll receive an invoice. Production begins the next business day after it’s paid in full.
Step 7: Production
Cutting, embroidery or sublimation printing, stitching, and a full quality-assurance check.
Step 8: Delivery
Typical turnaround is around 16 business days (rush production available), shipped directly to your door.
